Modern World History: Thinking Like An Historian

Thinking is thinking, right? Not always, especially when it comes to Historical Thinking. Historical Thinking requires us to look at events of the past and to ask questions that help us understand and analyze their impact on our history. The two charts below were developed by the Wisconsin Historical Society and break down Historical Thinking into five unique question categories.
