Berkshire Technology: Helpdesk & FAQs

The Help Desk is your first point of contact for support of any technology available on campus. Please contact us via email at: ithelpdesk@berkshireschool.org, phone at x1803 (413-229-1803) or in-person in the Geier Library.

Availability: During Support Hours

Support: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The IT Help Desk provides support on the use of technology available across campus. Faculty, staff, and students can bring their Berkshire School supported laptop computers to the Help Desk for assistance with virus removal, wireless connectivity, and other issues. A limited number of loaner laptops are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Help Desk request can be done in 2 ways;
